ADL is a subsidiary of Momenta, which is part of Outcomes First Group, a provider of education and children’s services in the UK.

ADL has its own dedicated management team, under the leadership of Stephen Phipps (Headteacher). Oversight of school management is provided by the Momenta Managing Director, Gareth Lucas-Howells

The management team is complemented by Group support functions covering Quality and Compliance, Admissions and Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and IT. Key decisions are referred to Outcomes First Group’s Board of Directors, consisting of Outcomes First Group CEO, David Leatherbarrow and CFO, Jean-Luc Janet, together with Anita Gleave CEO of Blenheim Schools, Mike Blakely Chief Education and Quality officer. These are further supported by the UK Executive Leadership Team

In addition, the Group continues its robust governance through local governing committees, a national education performance board, chaired by the Operations Director and an independent Safeguarding and Quality Committee with three independent members. These governance groups meet every term.
